Academic Admission and Mentoring
NRT trainees’ admission into the program will be evaluated based on students' interests, experience, academic credentials, and career goals.
The mentoring will be conducted by the student transdisciplinary committee.
The committee will meet with the trainees regularly to closely monitor their academic progress.
$34,000 for 1 year is awarded, plus tuition
Academic Skills Preparation (data science course, certificate, webinar/ seminars, and transdisciplinary data-driven research)
Professional Skills Development (communication, teamwork, ethics, and leadership)
Humanitarian Service-Learning Experience (real-world experiences, industrial/research-based internships, community outreach and engagement
